1. Eligibility for Returns

Items must be returned within 7 days of the purchase date.

Items must be unused, in the same condition that you received them, and in the original packaging.

A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

2. Non-returnable Items:

Perishable goods such as food, flowers, or plants

Intimate or sanitary goods.

Hazardous materials or flammable liquids and gases.

Personalized or custom-made items.

3. Return Process

Initiate a Return: Visit our Return Center or contact our customer service team at support@greatbazar.in or call +91-XXXXXXXXXX.

Prepare Your Package: Securely pack the items in the original packaging. Include all accessories, manuals, and documentation.

Shipping: Send your return to the following address mention with order ID (Address is available at contact us page or buttom of page)

You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

4. Inspection and Approval:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

5. Refund Policy

Refund Approval: If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Please allow a certain number of days for the refund to be processed by your bank or payment provider.

Partial Refunds: Partial refunds may be granted for items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

6. Late or Missing Refunds:

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

7. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same item, visit our Return Center or contact our customer service team at support@greatbazar.in.

8. Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. To cancel an order, visit our Order Management Page or contact our customer service team at support@greatbazar.in.
